Unfortunately they don't teach a course on this "talent", it's something you are either born with, or develop throughout life.
It's gotta be tough to have to live like that. I think that's about 90% of the reason for all the hate, anger, and "offended" people out there today. Large part of society just cannot recognize subtle humor. It's an epidemic out there.
I credit National Lampoon Magazine for being a valuable asset to me in developing this trait as a youngun.

that they really needed to learn to read when they were posting someone as serious who was actually a troll.
I can't remember the exact wording of the response, but the implication was that he knows exactly what he's posting and doesn't care because his audience can't tell the difference. Not to mention the fact that every single response that you get increases the profile and advertising cash flow.
