So David Sharpe has eliminated us from cosideration

according to ESPN recruiting nation because Georgia had more passionate fans when they played USuC than when Clemson played UGA. Really?? Our fans were not passionate enough during the UGA game?

you have to laugh at some of these rationales

I don't see how anybody who watched both of those games would conclude that the "Georgia fans were more rabid." Even Georgia people will tell you that they sometimes have a pretty boring crowd.

Was at both games...UGA that afternoon didn't compare to Death Valley that night. Not even close honestly. Kid has other reasons and was just trying to be nice.

more likely...

is that he just likes Georgia more and doesn't really know why, so he had to come up with some reason. He probably really does think that about the fans, but that doesn't mean it's true.

I keep thinking it isn't because of the crowd noise or the lack of Chick-fil-A but another reason like he didn't like a certain coach or that his choice school had something better we lacked in his mind. So instead of stating his true reason and further firing up the opposition, he picks a ridiculous reason because the next time we see him, it is better we laugh at him instead of jeering him.

Mitch Hyatt may be the main reason he doesn't pick Clemson

They play the same position. If he's got the vibe that Hyatt is a Clemson lean, that could be a deterrent to him.

His exact words...
Sep 13, 2013, 5:12 PM
|
|
"I enjoyed both of them, but the Georgia game was crazier than the Clemson game," he said. "The fans were more rabid at Georgia than they were at Clemson, but I enjoyed both of them."
REALLY?

I loved how Miami beating UF didn't cause there recruit to drop. LOL But crowd noise, oh and pretty girls was enough to convince a recruit to UGA.
It was sickening to hear them.
