I feel sorry for you youngsters and fake IDs.
University sponsored beer busts were nice!

Pretty worthless bookstore, so I'm glad they're turning it into something more worthwhile. However, that means the only actual bookstore left besides the university owned one on campus is McClure's over across from what used to be Keith St.
What's in the Keith St. space now?

The staff was pretty good way back when. On slow nights, they'd go ahead and pour what I wanted as I walked up. I liked that. Of course it was easy since my only orders were pitchers of Bud Light or a individual rum and cokes.

but since they renovated it ten years ago the place has lost the reasons I used to go there - great happy hour, able to sit out front, drink/hang out with no *sses-to-elbows crowds just to get through the parking lot and into the bar. Because of the entire football weekend scene and the masses of humanity I avoid the Esso. But, to answer the question:
- The Bookstore - Nicks - Bollwinkles - The Tap Room - Esso Club - Lester's Tiger Den

It wasn't a great place to work as far as making money, and it certainly wasn't the best place to drink in spite of the fact that it often had the cheapest draft beer in America and it was easy to post an exceptionally high batting average with drunken sorority girls. Beyond that, I always thought it was a dump...and not in a good sense.

As someone who frequents the bars every weekend currently:
1. TD's 2. Loose Change (for food only, I don't enjoy going for the drinks) 3. 356 Sushi (large, open floor, generally a lot of drunk sorority girls dancing) 4. TTT's 5. Backstreet or Overtime depending on what night of the week

did TTT, Loose Change, and TDs on the weekends. Backstreets for chill nights. There was a club at the corner of Pressley and 123 that had AWESOME live music, but it was short lived. We lived behind there for a while on Wesley Street and frequented that hangout. I cannot remember that club for the life of me. We also did Overtime when we wanted to continue drinking and bars were closing.
1. TTT 2. TD 3. That bar I cannot remember 4. Backstreets 5. Loose Change (When bar space was available - not too fratty nights) 6. ESSO for nostalgia 7. KEITH STREET (cause we could sneak in underage)

where else were you going to pick up some raunchy mill women for a freaky good time?
Pennie Annies just for the fact that if you got the right table you could see into the girls RR
What was the name of the place up where the other Tiger sports shop is now - they used to have $1 pitchers on Monday nights? Murray Jarmine used to hang out there and would show you how high he could jump for a beer
