On August 31,2024… Let’s hope that Matt Luke and Nick Eason have them boys ready because FSU got embarrassed in the trenches all night long. If Cade has good protection then we have a shot at winning the season opener, but it will be a long embarrassing night if our offensive line plays to the same level that they did this season. Phil Mafah is good… but no running back is good enough to gain yards against that UGA team without some solid blocking up front.

A LOT can happen in eight months !
I’m glad we have a coach named Dabo with a solid staff behind him.
I think spring ball will be especially interesting this year.
If I had a choice..,.. I would select Dabo et al to get the good guys ready to play.
We are still Clemson. That is good enough for me.

Look at it as an opportunity to play a great team that is probably the best in the SEC. We can see how we compare. We will have to out motivate and out scheme those dogs next year.

by our defensive front. He's a statue in the backfield and Georgia doesn't run the ball well against a good defense.
Payton Page, DeMonte Capehart, Peter Woods, Trey Williams, TJ Parker, Vick Burley, Barrett Carter, Wade Woodaz et al will make life tough on every team we play.

No he isn’t a dual threat but can run … would rather not too much, but what he does do is complete 72%+ of his passes and will have a stable of running back … just add Etienne to what you saw tonight and take away Milton.

Hate to burst your bubble, but go look at the average size of Georgia’s offensive and defensive line…it’s scary. And there 2024 recruits are even bigger. I’m pretty sure they have a freshman coming in that 6’7 or 6’8 and 400+ pounds!

If it were at Clemson, I’d actually like our chances, being at Georgia, not so much. Home cooking, and the slobbering masses in the stands don’t add up to a Clemson win.
