Joseph Girard III has plugged in to make an instant impact for the No. 16-ranked Clemson men's basketball team, and 247Sports assesses him on the third team for the most impactful transfers so far:

"All-American big man PJ Hall has been good for Joe Girard and vice-versa. The Syracuse transfer is Clemson's gunner, and he's so good at it. Girard has already splashed 42 3-pointers in 13 games on outstanding efficiency. Turnovers used to tank Girard at Syracuse, but that's gone away so far. Girard has tallied 49 assists with just 15 turnovers, and Clemson's top-20 offense looks completely different with and without Girard. The Tigers average a humming 126.1 points per 100 possessions with Girard on the floor and just 99.6 with him on the bench, per hoop-explorer."

As a I posted earlier … Hall and Girard are solid players who will become even better as the season progresses and Schiff becomes more of a factor in games. He demands the attention of defenders and is a solid rebounder!
