LOL..ppl don't understand how bad BAMA played (17 penalties I think) and still almost won it ...at UT. Against a team much like WF or NCSU, who has an older QB and lots of upperclassmen surrounding him. If I'm UT, I want no part of BAMA in the SECCG....
BAMA is still real good, but like CLEM, lacks the skill or experience (in certain key areas) that it use to have in the past...would be shocked if they didn't continue to peak as year goes on like many CLEM teams tend to do....

It's not that Bama played sloppy against Tennessee, it's that they've been sloppy all year. They're not getting better. They were sloppy at Texas and they're still sloppy. Still making boneheaded penalties, still giving up huge plays in the secondary, still counting on Young to keep them in it.

Absolutely correct...they've been sloppy all year, but as Dabo says, sometimes it takes a loss to wake your team up. I expect Saban has their attention now & would be shocked if they didn't improve from here on out.
