Well my buddy didn't get ND game tix in the ND Alum lottery

Jul 9, 2015, 6:56 PM

So I guess I will be buying day of game. Luckily have secured 4 so far but still need 2.
Any sellers please contact me...
Otherwise some suggestions as to where I might get seats that day close to face value.
Thx

That day and face value? Gonna be hard to do. Ive already been offered 300 per for my two lower bowl tics. Blows my mind the clout the ND carries.

Free Market, maaaaaaaaaan!

Uh, you won't be finding those for face. Those seats will be going to the highest bidder whether in orange or in ND colors. The color GREEN is the only thing that matters in those type of games.

Demand for this game in the ND lottery was huge. No surprise since we haven't played you guys in 35 years. 5000 tickets were simply not enough for the ND fans who wanted them. I lucked out. A lot of ND fans will come without tickets and try to buy them there.

And they will be able to buy them and

you guys will have a big contingent here and inside the Valley. There will be alot of free marketers looking to use this game to cover a portion of season ticket cost or a variety of excuses will come up. It is going to be a fun one!

I don't understand it myself. I wait from January to September to see my team play. No way am I going to sell my tickets for the proverbial thirty pieces of silver. But you can always find some other folks willing to do so.

Sorry for the botched post above.

Yep, Domer. Hang around here. The closer it

gets to the game, check out TigerTickets and you'll see every excuse under the sun given for why a "Parking Pass and two Lowers for only 1200 bucks. Firm." listing starts showing up or "Just found out my Aunt's cat passed away and I won't make it but have two tickets for 900 bucks". Then there is EBay and all the rest....I don't get it either, but then again I know people that have multiple seats for this purpose. It is an investment. It isn't really about which fans get the seats. There is always a thread or three that pops up about this subject before the big games and they all end with one of these types screaming, "Where were you when I couldn't give away my Wake tickets?!?" or something like that. You learn all about supply and demand and other rules of economics.

True, but some of us who are season ticket holders

have valid excuses to why we are selling our tickets.. I work for the State Department and currently stationed in Baghdad. The only game I will be home for this year is the GT game due our leave rotation and a wedding I have to attend.
