At first, I thought it was 2 other decals on either side of the center decal in the Subway pic, but now I just think it is the back of the headrests. The camera angle is from up high, so the headrests look higher up as opposed to the low angle shot in the second photo. I found the second photo here on tigernet, so I don't know where it is from. http://www.tigernet.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=1242972&tstart=40

Done by the guy in the post you link.

He took a similar year and model truck and added the decals to mock them up.
