Yes, we dealt with this for Texas in 09. Why not plan for the future and make this change? This won't have any effect anyways. The 20 rule is a limit on what a coach can classify as mandatory activities. Any thing beyond that is "voluntary" so they can still put in more time. Of course the players will put in extra time..
