To keep
UNC IN CONFERENCE. I have not seen this mentioned before that some ACC schools are willing to give UNC the majority of the ACC money to keep them in conference. I can imagine that went over like a turd in a wedding reception punch bowl.
I think
UNC IS NOW MORE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR BASKETBALL PROGRAM THAN ANYTHING. Historically the BB team has been what drives all sports at UNC. W/O the revenue to pay the best players, they will start to fade. Once the SEC and BIG get football dominated, they will turn their attention to dominating basketball and the NCAA tournament revenue. They are already trying to get more SEC schools in the tourney. UNC sees the writing on the wall. Whereas FSU/Clemson value FB and want to leave ACC to keep competing at the top level, UNC realizes they must leave to protect their Basketball team.

rest of the ACC is that they are never allowed to leave the ACC so long as it exists.
UNC gave us Swofford.... Swofford gave us this 2nd rate ACC network deal and a draconian GOR contract. Seriously - screw the tarholes...

The ACC is sweating bullets. If UNC files a law suit, it is over for the ACC. The ACC could not file a motion to dismiss based on venue since UNC is in NC. That would pretty much force the ACC to settle the lawsuits. Once UNC,FSU, and Clemson leave, it is the end of the ACC.
BUBBA CUNNINGHAM , IMHO will soon be terminated as UNC AD.

You can rest assured they will always try to get more SEC teams in everything. That is why I don't want us to join that conference. They are corrupt to the core and have been for quite awhile. Not Vandy though.

We must have the sickest posters, whether or not they are Clemson folks...Always negative about how we are treated by someone else! All of our coaches and teams are bums and they are all smart! They must be so grand that they should be in charge of everything! Can we get any real graduates on this site!
