Pro tip, you will never speak to one. They talk to other lawyers only. Ask to speak with their legal assistant. If you can score an email address, send one. Those they have to respond to.

have the location of the business, I would physically go to their location. Key is to be very nice at first, almost too nice. Let them think you're a patient, reasonable man. And to an extent, you are.
However, when they continue to stall, flip that switch and act like a madman. It will throw them off guard, and they'll usually make haste in getting you what you need.
