To put it into a different perspective…

Nov 8, 2022, 9:27 AM

I think most of us would agree that we are most upset and unsatisfied with is…..

We have not felt confident that our team is ready to dominate any team we’ve played for 2 seasons. It doesn’t matter if we are playing top 10 or the 120th team in the nation, I am concerned before every single game now. We used to salivate before kickoff because we knew we were going to see big hits, big runs, big passes, and explosive plays. I will admit, we were spoiled by this. Is it spoiled though when it’s been consistently happening for 10 years and then it comes to a sudden SCREECHING stop?

I for one would just like to see ONE game where both sides of the ball look like they are comfortable in the system, or even confident.

2 seasons with a boat load of experienced players looking lost is the most uncomfortable feeling for fans, regardless of the record being 8-1 or 1-8.

It sucks. I just want to see a CONFIDENT team, not a team that has eeked out wins for 18 of 22 games and says they are playing well.

I love Dabo, and he has earned our trust, but his perfect storm of bad play calling, bad execution, and no acknowledgment of the glaring issues is what makes us forget all he has accomplished since he got here. We just want to see some FIRE.

I call those people that can’t listen to realistic takes cultists. They act a whole lot like you see the woke liberals act in todays culture. You either believe exactly as they do or they will burn you to the ground.

I’m one of those people you call a cultist. I’ve been accused of being one of the biggest sunshine pumpers on here (I’m kinda proud of that). I don’t disagree with anything in this post except possibly 10 years of consistency coming to a screeching halt. I don’t think 2013 and 2014 were as consistent and 2015-2019 and we were certainly not consistent in 2020 and 2021. The consistency was more like from 2015-2018 and it has been changing before this year. The point was slightly exaggerated but I do agree with the point. We realists understand there are many issues to be fixed, especially in the passing game. Difference is I still trust Dabo to get it fixed and also understanding that we will not go undefeated every year. That is being realistic. I still have hope and faith that we can end up 13-1 with an Orange Bowl win. I will keep that faith until it is no longer possible, not when some keyboard jockey tells me he knows more than Dabo and his staff and it’s not going to happen. I just read a post where somebody ripped Dabo for not taking timeouts before halftime Saturday. Of course there have been the extreme posts calling for him to move on and saying he has lost his fire and is complacent and personnel changes must be made today. Calling Saturday a program destroying loss, etc. Those are the posts I will disagree with. And the negative posters will act like the woke liberals and call me names and say I am doing what they are actually doing. As Nikki Haley says, we conservatives have a history of being willing to compromise and are naturally tolerant. Call me a pumper all you want, don’t cal me a woke liberal.

I call people with a losing attitude, no ability to think or act constructively, and whose only impulse is to tear down a COOT.

That’s why so many of you with this mindset are also losers in life. You fail to make the connection.

The irony.

You are probably the most arrogant, self-absorbed poster on TNET. Making judgments of people you dont even know anything about, simply because they dont agree with you. Classic.
