These Networks are way over hyped

no one outside those conferences will have anything to do with that network. How many in the south have the or watch the Big 10 network? Sorry but Clemson fans, couldn't careless about watching KY play LSU in anything.See ESPN actually thinks the rest of america buys into their SEC BS and truth is no one is dumb enough to believe that the SEC isn't just top heavy. It is all Bama right now and the rest are over hyped, please if you're so bad, then play some teams outside the SEC. Who has SC played OOC other than Clemson??????ESPN is about to really hurt the SEC as people across the country is tired of hearing their lies. They make it sound like the bottom half of the SEC could dominate in other conferences and that is plain crap. Bottom line is Bama is the SEC right now. Like I said if you're so awesome, play some teams outside the conference, that actually can play offense.

other than a fan of the two schools playing is already on espn, cbs, etc. I think what it comes down to is the sec convincing providers to carry their network. Then it doesn't matter if no one is watching it because the check is coming from comcast. You can expect your monthly bill to go up a little bit to offset that cost. Since media has been condensed to 5 corporations, it's not even much leg work for the sec or B1G.

They couldn't get any cable/satellite providers wouldn't pick it up. There won't be as many issues with an SEC Network, just like there were as many issues for the PAC12/Big10ish Networks

If thats the case, why did half the conference finish in the top 25, most of which were in the top 10 most of the year?

Your conference besides rivals. Two of the best SEC teams got beat by ACC teams in bowl season. UF was shown a fraud after getting drilled by Louisville.

UF lost to a Big East school

They don't count as losing to an ACC school....
So the ACC beat LSU in 1 of 3 losses in the bowl season for the SEC, and LSu had 11 underclassmen with their foot out the door on the way to the NFL

With your pathetic excuses. LSU only lost because they had .... They got drilled in the 4th quarter. I love how when an SEC team loses its cause they didn't want to be there. Glennon of NCSU had a foot out also, so does that count? VANDY NEEDED 7 turnovers to beat NCSU.

Yea but Glennon was a senior, and is one player. You really think that LSU's players-specifically the 11 underclassmen that went pro- were pumped up to play in the CFA bowl after winning 10 games?
Clemson did have an impressive 4th quarter though, particularly the last drive to get into FG range

I mean ###, you just provided proof that LSU was loaded with NFL talent while intending to diminish Clemson's victory over them.

Conference networks can play replays of their games...

along with any live action that isn't desire by ESPiN. Now think about this a minute. If ESPiN decides that there is no market outside the regional for a game why would anyone pay extra to see it?
It makes no sense. I'm not paying for the B1G, SEC TV or for that matter ACC's new network.
I don't care what happens in the cellars of any of conferences and I sure ain't paying a penny to watch LSU play Furman.

I'd be more impressed with a win in season over UGA than a bowl game win over LSU.
UGA has a young, inexperienced defense, but return almost everybody on offense. Should be a shootout and I dont see anyone making any excuses for UGA

So don't tell me bowl wins don't count. SEC bowl record is what started this whole SEC lovefest

It'll be the same excuse they will use if UNC beats SCAR. Oh, we lost b/c we were looking ahead to UGA. Just like if we beat UGA it will be b/c they were looking ahead to SCAR. Don't try to argue with SEC idiots, they have drank the Kool aid too long to see what the rest of the country sees. If you only play amongst yourselves, and someone hypes you in the media as the best conf. then you have little to prove and can claim crazy things.

heavy like you say, then why are they consistently overrated. Somebody must believe it, because they are always over ranked. Plus, people in here are always screaming that without the ESPN hype they would all be ranked lower. So which is it?

In one sentence you say Alabama "is" the SEC. Then in another you ask "who has South Carolina played OOC". Using that arguement, who has Clemson played OOC that was so great. When was the last time Clemson played/beat Alabama. If my memory serves me correctly that didnt go so well. And the last time South Carolina played them, it went very well. Yea, Clemson beating LSU this year was a great win, but it doesnt cover up the fact that South Carolina went into Clemson and beat them. No matter how much you would like for it to.
