Think what you want about the guy but there's no way he doesn't get his own gig again somewhere soon. If Saban is smart he'll throw $$$ at him. IMO he is the reason Bama won the game besides our busted plays. They went from a boring NFL looking team to something a little more dangerous and somewhat flashy by their standards. I told my daughter that he was going to run the Naked Boot at some point and $%^& Coker ran it. As much as it pains me to give them credit you have to.

I believe Southern Cal was still paying most of Lane's salary this season.

It will be interesting to see what happens next.

Lanve did an excellent job with Coker in the second half. We were in his head for the entire first half.

I don't think it's his offensive mind. I think it's his antics and his reputation that will keep him from getting a HC job. The guy is brilliant. But his demeanor and his bouncing has made him more of a pariah than anything else. He is going to have to stay at Bama for 5-10 years, let the stuff die down and show he can be committed to one school, then he may have a shot.

They should have stuck to their strengths rather than spending so many downs setting up the big pass and trying to hit the big pass. But that's Kiffin, he wants the opportunity to run down the sidelines with his hands up in the air like a giant 13 year old douc**bag more than he wants to just dominate games.
