While I believe Dabo has the highest level of integrity and a Clemson University first mentality. He is far from stupid when it comes to making decision that's best for the team when it comes to disciplining players. Example: Sammy.. gets in trouble.. suspended, works his way back in. Martavis.. Same. Chad Kelly.. Well... Deshaun is here.. So have a good one. Ebo.. Well we have a lot of depth and Huggins.. so have a good one. My thoughts are.. There is a trend here that says when we let players leave.. We're good at that position with quality and depth.. When we're not.. He doesn't just kick them off. He gives them an opportunity to correct their mistake. My bet is that Lakip stays suspended and has to work his way back on the team... Because we need him! Battle just announced he's leaving for the supplemental draft? Because he just decided he was ready for the NFL? No, This is because he knows he will lose his spot to incoming freshman because these freshman are ready for this level and probably just as good if not better than him already.

Battle was cited for marijuana. He's already had numerous chances. Having Hyatt at RT and Battle at left would have been ideal.

Battle would have likely been a round 2-4 pick if he finished his senior year. No way Hyatt is there yet. I think he will get there but losing Battle was a huge blow.

wrong. It's because Dabo kicked him off the team plain and simple. If Battle wasn't dismissed your delusional if you think he wouldn't have been a starter at one of the tackle spots this season.
