Not going to happen. They love the legs. And every other homer will tell you the same. "Who else you gonna get?" "We're consistently "there"." So on and so forth. I'm of the mindset to promote LeCroy. He's bring in talent and I have to believe he could do just as good of a job. I firmly believe Jack has been given PLENTY of time. He's done fairly well, but with the talent this program has had for so many year with just a few outlying years, no reason we haven't won a championship. If the scrubs down the road can do it 2 got dang times, we certainly could do it once in, I don't know...forever.

I would go hire gary Gilmore at coastal caroilna. he has done a very good job there and with kids from this state. he is killing okla now in one of the other regions.

Was he the guy that went on the tirade about dogs and kittens one time? Or was that their football coach? Either way, I'm in favor of hiring anybody that even knows that man on a personal level because that's the kind of crazy that wins games got doggit.

programs with a 10th of our history and they take their programs to the top. Consistent conference championships is a good way to show you are on the right track as a PROGRAM. Making it to Omaha is a good way of showing you are 25% at putting it all together.

I like LeCroy, but I don't care if we get commitments from kids that can't afford to pass up the draft. Develop somebody or recruit kids you can keep. With that being said, there's really no part of this program that's fantastic--pitching, hitting, fielding, base-play. So, it's likely if we lost them all due to loyalties, we'd find a way to get better at one.

All it will take is 1 good season to make folks forget all about Jack.
