I read somewhere that he was the #1 CB in the 2020 Class before reclassifying to 2019 class ? True ?

Him and Booth,both #1's ?

Yes, he was a top, if not THE top CB in the 20 class***

Yes, but that probably shouldn't be read into too much at this point. He reclassified and was given a modest rating because of it, but if he's really that good he'll jump up over the course of this season. Early rankings like his for the 2020 class can be a little deceiving, but he's obviously very, very good.

JT Daniels last year except he reclassified right at the end of the cycle so his rank never got upgraded (not that that really matters) but he was pretty clearly in that same tier with TL and JF last year.

Jones might climb some this year but still a fantastic pickup and him and Booth are a great pair moving forward in a young secondary.

Jones went to a camp and had a pretty slow 40. It seems a little inconsistent with his game speed and might have been more of a technique issue. The knock then has been that he may not have super high end athleticism but make no mistake about it, both of these guys are good and are blue chip type recruits.
