Another piece of trash bill. Let’s guess the headlines tomorrow: “GOP has 2 days to pass the bill or they aren’t serious about the border!”

The Republican House will insist that Biden Handlers Admin does the following as a precondition for reading the bill, with an estimated one month to actually read it.

Precondition #1: . Reinstate Trump’s ‘remain in Mexico executive order.
Precondition #2: Order removal of govt border security forces at Eagle Pass and let TX enforce the border.

I haven't read the text of this 300+ page bill, nor I suspect have most of the Senate much less the House.

Schumer wants a vote by Wednesday which seems dumb. What pray tell is the massive rush after years of inaction?

I personally would like to know the specifics of the bill. The House can always amend the bill.


However, it was irresponsible for House GOP leaders to say the bill is DOA on arrival even before they actually had the text.

It is totally stupid that any of the GOP would be ready to torpedo the bill for the sake of Donald Trump having a campaign issue to attack Biden over. Biden can still be attacked for removing executive orders that worsened the situation and only moving to do something because this issue is hurting him politically.

Congress should take the time to go through this bill line by line, try to change some things and see if a compromise bill markedly improves what is going on now.

I suspect nothing will change and there are Dems also not likely to support the bill.

Again, I don't know at this point if I'm for or against this bill, but you can't get everything with a very slim majority in the House, not having the Senate and not having the Presidency.

I suspect the bill might improve the situation but the devil is in the details.

Biden could immediately reinstate the executive orders that he removed from the Trump era and that would go a long way towards helping with the situation and perhaps get more support for the bill.

Read the #### bill thoroughly then vote. Wednesday is too soon for a vote.

Won't even take that long. Board kooks have aleady started repeating what they've been told to repeat like the brain dead cult members we all know them to be. After years of neglect any failure to support whatever is in this bill (since nobody really knows) means you are for open borders and hate America. Only white trash leftists would be stupid to believe,.much less repeat, such a stupid sentiment but I'm sure they'll be here any moment to do just that.
