It is not an NCAA violation to talk with an NFL agent....

However, NCAA rules do prohibit signing with
an agent or accepting any kind of benefits while playing college football.

...i don't think jay z nor obama will make any difference to this board now or ever. but i hope clowney gets his head locked into how great he is and loses focus like so many talented players do. let him meet jay z, beyonce, oprah, michael jordan, obama, queen elizabeth, prince charles, warren buffet, bill gates, elliot spitzer, anthony weiner, al gore, jack nicholson, tom cruise, tiger woods and any other big baller he wants, accept an illegal benefit and lose his eligibility and move on to the NFL. otherwise, it is a moot point and we only need to focus on november 30th...

Didnt the NCAA suspend Dez Bryant that one year from Oklahoma State for hanging out with Deion Sanders? The NCAA is hardcore regarding contact with any agents.

If I remember correctly Dez was suspeneded for lying about whether he talked to Deion. Apparently you can have contact you just cant accept any gifts.
