OK I'm tired of hearing how Louavull only lost by 3

We gave up a KOR for TD. At the time, we were up by 10. And that's all they managed to score on offense.
Special teams has been addressed. Not going to give them the freebie this year. Not in our house.

Undercard is that Ray Ray looks to be one of the best PR in the nation , and Louisville has a guy with similar talent . Something to watch .

Good thing Teasdall can boom one 50+ whenever we're 42 yards out.

This is what happens when your team...

consistently plays close games till the last second in the 4th quarter. It's gonna be perceived as the team is not that good.
I guess this is how Dabo likes it. Most teams found out the hard way. You name it: LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Oklahoma (twice) and Ohio State. Alabama was almost among this list thanked to some special team plays.

be as Conservative as possible until the end of the game and escape with the W. Besides the Bama game it has worked out well for us so I suppose i can't complain. I'm a ruts & pad stats kind of guy my self but to each there own as long as it continues to work.

I bet on us, but they seem better this year than they were last year. I just think we will bring our A game.

I will agree, they "seem" to be improved

Jackson is an upgrade from Bolin. They wouldn't seem to be so much improved if FSU's defense hadn't let LJ run wild on them, though.
Playing GT is pretty good preparation for LJ. We absolutely shut them down in their house. This is going to be a wake-up for Louavull fans.
As long as we don't let a RB or TE sneak out and get behind our D, I don't see LJ beating us with his arm. And BV sure ain't gonna let him beat us with his legs.

The thing is, if both teams bring their A game, we still win

by 8 - 10 points. If we bring our A game and the moment is too big for them, we win by 14 - 17. If they bring their A game and we played like we did against Troy, they win by 10 - 14. I have to think we at least tie them with intensity and want to. We like playing, and play well in games like this over the past 5 years. I believe we win, and its not really in doubt after the first quarter (but not a blowout).

You are hearing "LOUISVILLE ONLY lost to Clemson by THREE"
I hear " LOUSIVILLE only LOST TO CLEMSON by three."
Hear the difference?

I can understand your frustration, but you have to understand that our defense was pretty good last year, and is even better this year. In addition, our defense has played well both years against you guys, so from our view point that's a positive.
Now fast forward to this year. In addition to Lamar being our starting quarterback this year, our three current leaders in receptions also didn't play against the Tigers last season due to injury - seniors James Quick (ankle), Jamari Staples (knee) and Cole Hikutini (shoulder), all of whom are now starters, potential All-ACC players and 2017 NFL draft prospects. To say we were shorthanded on offense last year is an understatement.
And what's even more? U of L's offensive line is overhauled and looking improved since last year's poor outing against Clemson, when the Tigers got those five sacks and held the Cards to only 19 yards rushing. This season, U of L's O-line has three different starters (tackle Lukayus McNeil and guards Kiola Mahoni and Khalil Hunter) than it did in that game, and the line has helped the Cards rank No. 3 nationally in rushing (318.3 yards per game), No. 2 in fewest tackles for loss allowed (seven) and No. 14 in fewest sacks allowed (three).
These are the reasons that Card fans have confidence coming into this game, especially when compared to last year's game.
