so she could elaborate on WHY he didn't fit the culture? It doesn't really matter, and should work in our favor, as everyone seems to be in universal agreement that he would not have seen the field for at least two years. Hopefully his replacement is better use of that scholly.

I don't think it was anything like that. Much more likely he just didn't get along with Coach Rumph. Note that his mother mentioned Coach Eason but not Coach Rumph, who would have been his position coach.
I also haven't seen any indication that he is Muslim. Adam mentions "God" sometimes on his social media, but doesn't go into more detail than that. He had no problem with Dabo's faith when he committed. His mom retweets Bible verses on her Twitter account.

That makes sense. As much as I loved Clemson as a student and still do, it is not for everyone. Best wishes to him and hope Minnesota is a good fit for him.

She even still calls herself a diehard Clemson fan and didn’t have anything negative to say. She didn’t say he was treated unfairly, just that it didn’t work out.
It’s likely he saw the writing in the wall and realized that he really was gonna be in full development mode for 2+years and realized he could play immediately at Minnesota.

I think it is best for folks to not respond to decisions 18 yoa young people make re. Clemson FB. And we should expect parents to defend their children and not comment on their comments. To my way of thinking, as a fan, I should not get involved.
