Nelly Korda just won her fifth in a row, some great golf being played right now.

Nelly Korda has been the best women's golfer since she was in college. She and Scottie are in their 20s, so we'll have the privilege of watching quality golf for years to come.

Kind of like when Annika and Tiger were one upping each other winning back in

the day. Nelly is dominating at a time when the overall talent level on the LPGA is probably the best it has ever been. Scottie is doing amazing things as well, but the PGA Tour is diluted right now with the major defections to LIV.
It won't be long before the Saudis will offer Scottie Scheffler a billion dollars to defect. Hide and watch.

the liv majors were at the masters last week, and Scheffler dominated there as well. He's playing at a different level than the rest of all players right now. And I douby he'll ever take Saudi money given his outspoken Christian convictions. The Saudi's would have to give him 40 lashes after every press conference.

The LIV players, at least some of them, DO still compete in the Majors, at least

for the short term. But, they are NOT there week in and week out at the lesser tournaments. That is just a fact, but it does not lessen the caliber of play of Scottie Scheffler right now. I don't think he would take the Saudi money either, but I would bet some of my OWN money, a serious offer will be made, if it has not already been made on the down low. That's just the way they think, they think they can buy whatever they want. And, in several high profile cases, like Koepka, Mickelson, Johnson, Rahm, and DeChambeau, along with the perpetual cheater Patrick Reed, they were successful in doing so.
The Saudis will probably make their hardest push yet to get Scheffler, beyond what they have done for any other player, as he is the undisputed World No. 1, and it would be a huge slap in the face of the PGA Tour for him to defect.

Well, he took them down at the Masters so I don't see dilution being much of an issue. One might argue that few of those LIV "stars" are playing as well as they were when they were on the PGA Tour, not DJ, not Cam, not Brooks, not BD. Gooch was playing well last year and is off to a decent start this year. I will say Niemann is probably the only one playing better this year and Rahm is still pretty steady but he hasn't been there long enough to see if there will be a decline. Casey is playing better this year but he is certainly past his prime.
Money has changed the motivation to work hard and it is showing in their games.

I dont follow the LIV, but sounds like the PGA and LIV need to become one.

Sheffler has been playing unbelievable golf. However, with his wife due any day now with their first child, I imagine he will be out of golf for awhile.

I think he will be back by the Wells Fargo in Charlotte beginning May 9 since that will probably be his only prep before the PGA beginning a week later.
