It's really not as bad as you think

They scored only 7 in the first quarter and only 3 in the 2nd quarter. They held the football the majority of the 2nd half but only scored 17. They only had 3 yards per rush.

You won't have to score a lot of points. I'll admit I think our defense overachieved with allowing only 27 points. But in doing that they kept the coots on the field the whole game. It's classic Ga Tech-like football, just with a much better defense.

It's what's on the "scoboad" that counts. We've MUST get mentally and physically tougher. Obviously, we need to meet some personnel needs in key positions.

WE MUST BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE BALL BY "RUNNING" THE BALL WHEN ALL THE LONG AND CUTE PASSING ATTACK DOESN'T WORK. We can't even run the ball successfully when SC is in a three man front. We don't have SEC upper tier toughness like Bama, LSU, Florida, and Georgia.
