The 4 and the thumb shows that a half wit coot done that without thinking to leave the 4 and the thumb out of it. Do ya'll actually believe this, or are threads like this supposed to be a joke? A "4"? A "thumb"? Seriously? That's just pitiful. No Gamecock fan would ever deface the Cockabooses. Maybe the field, but not 200K+ privately-owned Cockabooses.
It'd be more commendable if you just owned up the conduct of some less-than-respectful Clemson fans. Every fan base has them.

If you even saw a "4" and a "thumb" in that graffiti, you must really be hurting. No Gamecock fan would ever deface the Cockabooses. If they did, you'd probably see a "5" and a "thumb", wouldn't that make more sense?

I see what you see in the images. I just disagree that it was intentional, and really with your ultimate assertion that it was a Gamecock fan because of that. Even if those were put there intentionally, is that really "case closed".
That seems at least a little unreasonable.

Did you see the "60" in the word "GO"? Maybe it was the 1960 Gamecocks football team that did it. Or some 1960s alumni.
Of course, there's a possibility that it was a Gamecock fan. That possibility might warrant one or maybe two conspiracy theory threads. Not 10+ and a general opinion of "Case Closed". That's just not reasonable.
As I said before. All fan bases have unreasonable fans, most just choose to own up to it when something happens.
