If you are one of these people claiming Oliver Purnell is to blame after this long, then you are totally confused. It's been 5 years... Get real.

And if you are one of those that say Clemson can't recuit here then you are also dead wrong. You just need the right guy who has the right vision and can actually recruit. You can't tell? Brad is a good coach but he can't recruit for crap. Occasionally he gets a guy, but mostly he doesn't recruit well. Being in the ACC alone should be enough to at least avoid this mess we are in. Tons of kids want to play in the best league.

Don't kid yourself, this is all Brad brownells fault. If he doesn't get fired then what he needs is a terrific recruiter on his staff.

But I wonder if even a great recruiter could even get some good shooters.
Brad 's teams can play "D",but most nights couldn't hit the broad side of the backboard.

I was more concerned about rebounding ,maybe a put back like

KJ could do. That would help confidence in shooting. The guards are too worried about making the shot instead of taking it in rhythm. thats what happens when you know you are only getting 1 shot. there is a lack of effort in rebounding & blocking out

Frank Martin is recruiting big time players in the same region and has Scar moving forward not backwards. I don't have a dog in this fight but BB is getting you nowhere fast. Imply lost a big time playmaker and that will always hurt, but if it continues to worsen this year then you need to cut ties. I think he had one more.
