Tiger Park Question

I have a friend that purchased a spot in Tiger Park and was thinking about trying to lease a spot there for the season. With these spots being purchased spots, do many people lease them? If so, does anyone know about what the going rate is?

I believe the annual lease rate is $2,000.

The purchase price is between $28,000 and $32,000.

Thank you, that's about what I thought. One more question, have you had trouble getting in before to tailgate with your friends? I'm assuming they limit the wristbands that each spot receives to some extent.

I've had my own space in Lot 6 for years but I believe each space comes with 10 to 12 wrist bands.
