Until they get beat, that is where they will probably stay.

I agree that they might not be good enough to be #6, but saying they haven't played anybody is a stupid argument. A talented team isn't less talented because of who they've played...

defense, IMO. May not be as flashy as some, but defense counts for a lot.

It's just their destiny to go from #6 to 6-6.

I'm not overly impressed with any team I've seen this year, Alabama included.
It's wide open and there for anyone to claim.

WVU could jump them

But they won't drop just because they didn't blow out an opponent (even though they should've).

Doesn't matter...they are the nation's favored sons...SOS...

...has the media wrapped around his little finger. They can do no wrong, and so long as they win by 1 point, this is advertised as a slaughter and a merciful gesture on the part of the greatest coach in the history of college football.
Mark my words...they will end up playing for the national championship this year despite perhaps 1 loss.

...ain't no way USuC doesn't run the dogs completely ragged this weekend in Cootville.
They will be staring #4 straight in the face.
The Cajuns MAY have a shot at the chickens, but it will be a long shot. LSU will look beyond the chickens and be caught completely off guard.
From there, the chickens run the gauntlet until Death Valley. If God doesn't save the Clemson Tigers on that fateful day, we will have witnessed the final, official end of American culture, substituted by a new level of lowliness. Not an American culture in decline, but an America culture defeated.
