I have an executive search assignment with a small rapidly growing company located in N Central SC. My client looking for an experienced IT professional that has had managerial experience in development and infrastructure and is ready for their first shot at the C level. Candidates should have managed multiple projects or departments. The position carries 6 figure base with some bonus potential. Vacation is negotiable,but expect it to be in the 2-3 week range.This is a relatively small company but it is growing rapidly so the upside is to grow your compensation and perks by helping the company grow.To be honest the real perk here is to have a title CIO on your resume. That title gets you on the radar screen of headhunters one rung higher on the food chain than me that do searches for much larger companies where you find seven figure packages and all the vacation you could possibly take.
