How much yall thinking this is gonna be? Gotta put him up in the top 10 or top 5 highest paid coach after everything he's done, I think I saw somewhere where he is 26th highest paid right now

If we win I believe his contract calls for him to be at the average of the top 3 or 5, deserves every penny. His contract was incentive laden and he did it!

If anyone was still denying it, there's no denying it anymore. Dabo is an elite coach and should be payed like it.
I'd also like to see a 50 million dollar buyout as well.

Dabo is all about the money. To many coaches make moves for the money but then they are unhappy and unsuccessful. IMO Dabo really loves Clemson. A raise and a contract extension is very important but I think Dabo thrives in Clemson because of the family atmosphere. He want find that in bama or to many other schools.
I think Dabo is very happy where he is at as long as his assistants are taken care of.

Whether Dabo is all about the money, or not (Which I dont' believe he is),
He still should be paid at LEAST the market's competitive salary, and not less than that.
..Unless there's a compelling reason not to, that may be unknown to us..
ie, None of our business...

Dabo isn't all about the money but I have a strong feeling that he will use a lot of his raise to pay BV, streeter, Reed, Hobby, co-ocs. He likes to supplement their pay.

keep him there. The Tigers have beaten Bob Stoops (#4 highest paid), so pay him and the staff accordingly.
And add a buyout equal to 4 years compensation--his contract does rollover each year to keep it at 5 years, doesn't it?

I believe Dabo will do as usual and spread his contract salary among his assistance and coaches, we just need a really high buy out on both ends
