You know, I realize you might be joking. How ever, wasn't it said that Dabo had flu like symptoms leading up to the Championship. I'm of the belief it was here long before what the guys in Washington are telling us. If A.J. was sick and so was Dabo, it does make you wonder

both had flu-like symptoms way back in December and tested negative for the flu. The doctor was surprised and told then he didn't know what else it could be but it was a really bad respiratory thing

I was diagnosed with a virus beginning two days after Christmas--experienced a horrible cough that left me with bruised ribs. I did not fully recover until five weeks later. Several neighbors had it as well.

A 22 lb jagged piece of concrete fell on my big toe 4 days before Christmas. It was clearly broken judging by the swelling and discoloration but x-rays were negative. Pretty sure it was the Corona Toe virus undiagnosed.

My whole family had something. Was the sickest I’ve been in years. Slept 18 hours one day. Cough, aches, fatigue- it all. I think the virus was here earlier than expected. May have even picked it up in Phoenix.

It is possible that COVID was already making the rounds in NOLA at New Years. On the other hand, the city is built below sea level and averages 5-6" of rain per month, so plain old mold also presents health issues. Either way, we can be thankful that those who were sick after that trip seem to have recovered.

All possible and I remember those posts about sick travelers. There’s no way to know what it was or if it was related. My only point is rumors of AJ playing with a 102 fever are rumors unless substantiated. I can’t see our medical staff allowing that.

Oh, and Aamir from the hoops team missed a game with ILI.

If you listen to docs, there were a lot of cases of Flu-Like Illness (ILI in tech terms) before COVID-19 became recognized as a thing.
Good chance the football team and Simms had da 'rona.

And did not get diagnosed. These antibody tests could be huge for those of you who think you could have contracted it at some point.

Covid 19 has been around a lot longer than is being reported. If you read about all of the people on the West Coast and New York that have tested positive for the antibodies, there is no way that it started after the first of the year. I think it has been around since the fall.

Unless it is not quite so contagious as reported...which is possible if it has been circulating for months longer than thought.
I think its possible. While its only anecdotal, a friend of mine was diagnosed with COVID-19 after returning from a business trip to Baton Rouge. His wife never got it from him. And, tests from one of the earliest outbreak areas in Washington showed that only 25% of those living in close contact (same house) with those infected contracted the illness.
Just saying, there are still so many unknowns, but it could have been COVID.

Since Clemson coaches don't make excuses for losses, don't blame the refs etc, we may never know the full extent of player conditions but my gut tells me that neither Tee nor Ross were quite their normal selves. I feel like if we played LSU before Ohio State the LSU game would have been closer. Am I dreaming?

team.
There was something going around earlier than this COVID 19 pandemic. Could have been the Rona, no way of telling without testing.

I heard that he had a 101 temp after the game.
To be fair, it's not hard to feel feverish after getting burned all game
