FYI - Parking Passes left out of some envelopes.

I got my tickets today, but there were no parking passes in the envelope. I called the ticket office and they told me some were left out of the season ticket envelopes by the printer and were being sent separately.
I am dead serious about this ! This is not a joke. Has anyone else had this happen ?

Thank you for your generosity to IPTAY and purchasing tickets for the 2013 Clemson Football Season. Late Thursday afternoon, the Clemson Athletic Department and IPTAY Offices were notified by Weldon, Williams and Lick (WWL) our contracted ticket supplier, that there could be errors in some accounts. The error on WWL’s part has been identified as a failure to place your assigned parking pass in your specific ticket package. We regret our supplier has created this inconvenience and will work with them to insure this does not happen again. Customer service is very important to Clemson, and while we work daily to create a great experience for our ticket holders and IPTAY Donors, we must hold our suppliers to a similar standard.
You are receiving this communication because your season ticket package may be one of the accounts affected. Over the next 24 hours, corrective action will be put in place. If the appropriate parking pass was not included in your season ticket package, the appropriate pass will be sent to your attention and should arrive no later than the afternoon of Tuesday, August 20th. On Wednesday, August 21st, if you have not received your appropriate tickets and passes from Clemson, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office or the IPTAY Office at 1-800-CLEMSON and speak to a customer service representative. Although we anticipate that this situation will be resolved by this time, we will have additional phone lines added to the system and have additional staff available to handle any calls.
Once again, we apologize for this issue. We take great pride in Clemson customer service, and this error by our vendor is unacceptable. Thank you again for your support of Clemson Athletics and IPTAY.

Thanks. Out of town, stopped the mail. Wanted to make sure I didn't need family to swing by in case it was FedEx/UPS because I saw that listed earlier.

Maybe it's time to contract a new printer, or maybe it's their bigger plan to make it difficult to trade, buy,or sale parking passes, maybe it's a way to screw everyone on parking for the first game because of all the rain they don't have the room to park everyone on dry land. However I received an email from Clemson Athletics and it's no joke, but to make the best of things maybe I'll be parking at the boat ramp and getting to the game via a pontoon.
