Some one mentioned the tiger atop the scoreboard coming

back. I may be in the minority but it is very smallish and the stadium and scoreboard have out grown it. Maybe we need a larger more modern tiger on the main valley scoreboard and retire the small retro one to Doug Kingsmore. What do you think?

in the baseball stadium. I have always wanted then to light up the "Clemson Memorial Stadium" sign/arch at the top of the scoreboard. Would look great for evening games.

The majority doesn't care about where it is.
Honestly in its current position it looks raggedy, and needs to be taken down. If they repaint it every year, it can stay up till Clemson is destroyed by our alien adversaries in Inter-gallactic War 2.

time the scoreboard was modernized --- and it was --- and I would assume it will be again --- otherwise, 25 years from now someone will come up with the great idea of installing an escalator to modernize The Hill.

The Tiger means something to a lot of fans...if there are people who don't like it, fine. It is a connection to past times and brings back memories of games long ago - another Clemson tradition, imo.

has undergone to improve itself, I've felt the Tiger on the scoreboard is that one piece of nostalgia that help keeps a connection to the games of the past.
It's kinda like that old leather recliner that sits in the house. It may be old, it may be beat up, and it may not look right around all the new flashy furniture, but you still love that thing and it ain't goin' nowhere!

Absolutely...I grew up with the tiger with the white Christmas tree light eyes and I think its a great complement to the new HD scoreboard..that tiger saw us rub the rock for the first time, saw Willie Underwoods 2 picks vs the coots, presided over orange-clad National Champions and numerous ACC Champions ...Let's let that tiger witness the coming Clemson Football Renaissance...

Ahh... Sanity. Thank you.
I remember being in the the top row of DV (before the upper decks)... whenever we scored, Dad would point to the Tiger with lighted eyes and wagging tail. Now, 25 years later, I do the same with my kids. Why screw with that? Keep it. 100 years from now, it will be another Howard's rcok.
