they still get it wrong many times. This isn't going to help unless they get some competent folks to review the footage or if they start letting pass interference and holding become reviewable

Well I actually think it's cool more than anything else. We finally get an up close look as if we're on the field.
As for game integrity, I think it'll show ref's prospective on flags thrown and their view on TDs and sideline passes. They're usually the closest people to these calls and strapping a camera on them should help.
