Quite frankly If Taisun is healthy enough…

Nov 13, 2021, 4:41 PM

Taisun gives us the best chance beating wake and Coots. Taisun maybe not that good a passer but neither is Dj. But Taisun has better mobility and runs better then Dj does. Taisun running ability might just open up a quick short passing game. Because Teams will load up to stop Taisun running threat. And if Taisun can hit the easy passes and a occasionally deep shot. I could see this offense finding a spark over the next two games. A 10 win season and a home winning streak of I think 34 games and a bowl win would seem like a good season considering the struggles on offense we’ve had.

in the offense that dj doesnt..he has the ability to run if need be..giving defenses something to account for.

I’d say it’s time to give TP a starting role, but I have my doubts that he would be better than DJ overall. We got to see TP a few times this year and he throws bad passes or passes that can be easily picked off. Defenses will stack the box on TP and force him out of his comfort zone.

I agree. It is not giving up on DJ as I believe he is our best QB going forward this year and next.
Wake "D" is poor and we can run the ball if TP adds to Pace and Shipley.
