Question regarding QBs. I know this has been well discussed

and a lot of different opinions. First of all, I'll miss Deshaun Watson immensely. However, what a problem to have to have to choose from Kelly Bryant, Zerrick Cooper, Hunter Johnson, Tucker Israel, Chase Brice. I watched some film on Cooper and Johnson. Both look great. Here is my question. None of us really know who is going to start, although several have opinions. But, when do you think we'll start to know who separates. Do you think we'll here some rumblings in spring practice, or do you think the first hint will be the spring game? TIA.

I'm looking forward to the spring game and thinking that will be exciting. Betting they won't be leaking much info during spring practice, they'll keep us guessing.

Well... we'll see if Dabo changes his strategy from the same problem a couple of years ago with the Stoudt/Watson/Kelly fiasco. He went with loyalty and experience and Cole started, while probably not the BEST option. So Bryant is this year's Stoudt... He gets the 1st crack and one of the others will REALLY have to get Dabo's trust in practice and preparation. The good news is, if someone pulls a "Chad Kelly", we just have a glut of talent in that group. It will be interesting to watch!

names listed, I think an offense could be built around Bryant. The nice thing is hopefully it will come down to competition for who is the best. I believe it will.

An offense may be built around Bryant. Can that offense get us back to the CFP? Based on what I've seen from him so far, the answer is a big fat NO. Unless he has made the strides we all hoped to see him make LAST spring... not looking so good for KB as a QB in any capacity at Clemson. At GT, maybe. Not here.

We need a QB who can run the offense. The WHOLE offense. We shouldn't make another Cole Stoudt mistake. In my opinion we need to be getting Cooper in the film room with plenty of DW4 game footage, teaching him WHEN and HOW to run the ball. I have no doubt he can throw it.
