Picture quality question

I'm doing the free Fubo with ESPN being blocked by Charter... The picture quality looks good, but the motion looks like it is about 95% speed or so on the game. Oddly, the commercials seem to be fine, so is it actually an ESPN thing or FUBO? Thanks for any input.
