Parking passes

I've heard of a couple of people who didn't get their parking passes. Is this a wide-spread problem or just a few cases?

I did not get mine. I am in Brooks. My son got his for lot 10.

CU announced the company sending them screwed up. If you did not receive your pass, you should have rec'd an email stating that it should arrive by the 20th. After the 20th with no pass, call Clemson.
