Parking advice for Georgia game?

Aug 1, 2013, 1:38 PM

I'm going to Georgia game and have tickets but no parking pass. I don't care if I can't tailgate near the stadium, and I see that as the primary value of the parking pass. I don't want to pay $150 or however much those passes are going for right now. Is there anywhere for me to park assuming I don't have a parking pass? If so, what time on 8/31 do I need to get there to secure a spot?

My advice is....

come early and come down Stone Church Rd and turn left down by the golf course. Parking alongside the road is first come first served. The earlier you get there the closer you will park. And it is free parking. You may be able to get pretty close to Perimeter Rd that way. Good luck & Go Tigers !!

Plan to come REAL early and plan to stay REAL late.***

My advise is to get a parking map and make a trip to Clemson prior to game day. Fan appreciation day is the 18th and that would be perfect to get a two for one deal, you get to see the tigers and you can scope out the area for the different parking areas.

Paws to the Wall, located behind Esso (on the right). They usually charge ~$40. No real area to tailgate, but you're right their at Esso.
