Not the first time he's been dismissed from a football team

Kelly has been given more chances than most and doesn't seem to be learning from his mistakes. I'm hoping for the best for him, but I can honestly say that I thought during the spring game that this team would be better off without him. The way he was interacting with his teammates was just off. It's hard to describe exactly what I mean, but even without hearing what was going on it made me uncomfortable watching how uncomfortable he seemed to be making the other players feel. It takes more than a competitor to be a leader.
