that race-based affirmative action programs are unconstitutional.

Martin Luther King's DREAM is one step closer to reality. "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today."

Liberal left politicians will scream to get more minority votes.

Great post. It’s awesome reading liberals and their reaction to bad news on here. Their like kids who put their fingers in their ears yelling “ la la la la, I can’t hear you”

I mean, when there’s a post on here about baby killer Madonnas infected #### among about 4 or 5 other post, yet a affirmative action ruling post really lights up their rear end

I agree but that changes nothing.

Social media will ruin a company over a discrimination due to race and rightly so. People should hire the best and most suited for the openings. Disregarding race will bring a lot of confusion in the coming days if business work within the SCOTUS' decision.

I would hope this involves athletics as well. Colleges make more money by signing a minority person to a scholarship than over a white person. The liberal federal government gives kickbacks and incentives for schools to discriminate against white folks. I have two friends that played college basketball. One of them at a D1 school. Both boys played travel ball their whole life leading up to college. They couldn't believe some of the athletes being passed over that were excellent players. The schools were signing a lesser skilled player because they were a minority.

Now do the same for all the BS business hiring processes***

I am a liberal, an old school one, and not the so called woke type, but I think this is good news at this stage. Great decision by the highest court.

I can not say I disagree with this, it was supposed to be a short term measure, and it by and large has been effective, and brought more blacks into the white collar labor force, lifted families out of poverty, and given people opportunities they never would have had otherwise. Sorry Johnny had to go to Princeton instead of Harvard, sounds awful.

And FYI Universities have done the exact same thing with gender for decades, Public Universities tend to let an equal number of women in than they do males, regardless of ability. I do not hear any of you calling this reverse misogyny. But then again, some of you may actually believe blacks, and women, are less deserving of higher education.

that he strongly disagrees with the court’s decision because it changes decades of precedent. Well, slavery had "decades of precedent" too, was an evil institution, and they stopped it. Was that bad? Of course not. Racism is terrible in all its forms and I, for one, am glad the courts put an end to this one. That said, liberal colleges and universities will now look for loopholes in the ruling or simply ignore it at the behest of the Liar in Chief.

Female scores on SAT exams are higher on average than males.

Using liberal logic, all that means is that women must have written the test so that women score higher.

it is a little different with this younger generation, more females are attending college than males, and they seem better prepared for the labor force coming out of college, are more agreeable, and have better work ethics, that has been my personal experience, and that of others in my industry. We have always interviewed our candidates in order of talent, and their maturity and attitude in interviews. We have 5 female hires, 1 male. There was no bias on our part outside getting the best people in the door.

Back in 1996 my girlfriend's best friend was rejected by MUSC Med School. She was a Biology major at Clemson with a GPA over 3.7, and had excellent MCAT scores.

Meanwhile, her classmate (who she tutored all year, and also for the MCAT) who was a black female, got in with a GPA in the low 3's. Her MCAT score was also considerably lower.

Needless to say my girlfriend's best friend was crushed when she found out. She went to Pharmacy School instead. That was a teaching moment for us all.

Good riddance.
