New Beer for Game 1

I was introduced to this beer when I was in Tennessee last week. Brewery is based out of Nashville. Beer is quite tasty. I'm looking forward to partaking in celebration of the season opener.
I'm going to start warming up tonight. I wouldn't want to pull a muscle on September 4.

Reminds me of my cousin who stocked the cabinets in preparation for a potential hurricane some years ago, here in the Low Country. Her husband devoured most everything she had stocked up a day or so before the hurricane threatened the coast.

I don't really like wheats but anything with Orange/Blood Orange i've found to be quite tasty.

This beer has good orange flavor. Wheat beer is my favorite style, and this one is right up there with my favorite beer, Allagash White.

I ended up not having the beer on Tuesday, but did pour some Redbreast 12-year Irish whiskey.
My quality assurance testing of this orange wheat beer begins this evening.

Red Breast is one of the best and affordable Irish Whiskeys. A friend who was co-owner of an Irish Bar in Downers Grove, IL turned me on to it years ago.

I had never heard of it before a bartender recommended it last year. I bought two bottles on sale back in March for about $50 each. At the time, the regular price was $63. Now, it is up to $68.
It's so easy to sip.

The graphics make it look tasty and you can't go wrong with a pickup. Does it taste anything like Blue Moon?

Not that I recall. It has been 20 years or longer, since I've had a Blue Moon. For me, Blue Moon started to have a stale, skunky taste at some point that it did not have when it was first sold.
To me, Orange Wheat has just the right amount of orange flavor and tastes fresh with no strange flavor or aftertaste.
