I want to see Coach Swinney lead Clemson to more championships than Nick Saban has for Alabama. Can he do it? What say ye?

TBH, Saban has won 6 national championships in 17 years at Alabama while Swinney has won 2 in 15 years at Clemson. Anyone getting close to what Saban has done would be extremely tough.

I will say though that Saban has been given the benefit of the doubt sometimes and given more opportunities. Questionable if the 2011 and 2017 teams should have played for the championship without winning the conference or even the division and the 2023 team with the 10 point home loss and the close wins over mediocre teams.

wrong, he made the four team tourney this year with what for him was a highly inferior team. They will be better, much better next year.

I'd be BEYOND tickeled up if Dabo could just get to SIX TOTAL, which is what Saban has now at Bama. We won't even count that one he won at LSU. That was another game he never should have been in, even though they won. If they were gonna give him a rematch after LSU already beat them, then they should have made it a best two out of three series!
