Never felt more skittish about an 8 & 1 Clemson FB Team..

than this one considering a Freshman QB had to come in & save a sure loss, #1 QB is up & down like a yo-yo and thankfully played lights out at Wake to win in 2OT's while last team that we played (we were favored by 3.5 away) stole our tail & led 28-0 starting 4th quarter..
and now we face a Cardinals team with a better QB, ranked #1 in take-aways (24) & sacks (34) and has beat the spread (7) last 4 games.

Definitely going to be a close one. This one is on the staff to go for it or keep being conservative and making the defense bail us out. We win if we are aggressive, we lose with backwards passes and 3rd and longs.

I hate trick plays.... means you don't think you can beat a team straight up. That flea flicker we did earlier in the year, even though it went for a TD, made me want to vomit.

Or a double ball trick thoroughly confusing our opponents as to which is real.
Or a run backwards to the one, then a Hail Mary for 60 yards to produce a TD.
Anything, absolutelty anything to put up points! lol

DJ is obviously having head issues. He played much better at Wake. He is never going to be a DW4 or TL16 type of quarterback but, he is capable of doing better. It appears he is wanting to quit again. Dabo should let him and move on. I am thankful that the team has three games at home. I hope to see Cade and Hunter get a chance to play. See you guys tomorrow at DV. Go Tigers!
