all time yardage record against his secondary one month ago. The ACC listed its top offensive games of the season and 3 of the top 5 were against his defense. His pass defense was ranked 100th in the nation. I have been a big Dabo supporter, but I am definitely questioning him on this decision. Good Lord! Unreal!

DB coaches, RB coaches, and WR coaches are not hired based on only play on the field. A lot of the hiring is based on recruiting. Reed has had plenty of quality players in the secondary and is a solid recruiter.

I agree. I could be wrong, but it seems that these position coaches are basically recruiters who also run drills at practices. Sort of like minions for the coordinators.

realize this is actually a good hire for us. Not only on the field but on the recruiting trail especially.
Stop posting crap when you really don't know what you're talking about would be my message to everyone who's going to bash this hire based on 1 single game.

I think this is an upgrade. Reed players didnt play that well this year overall his DB's are solid and they know their assignments we will be fine very solid hire. Now he needs to go get us true cover corners and not stiff safeties.
