Love DJ but glad he is gone. In my over 60 years

Dec 13, 2022, 11:16 AM

Of watching Tiger football I have never felt so stressed and on pins and needles watching a Tiger QB as I was watching DJ. I literally felt our offense was playing with handcuffs on all of them. Very few times did we seem to have smoothness fluidity or rhythm. He made a simple play look complicated. Because of this the defense underachieved most of the year. This was a playoff team because of the lack of greatness in college football in general this year except for the need of a QB.

Well we had

the QB, but the coaches just decided not to play him! A real shame because a semifinal match-up with Michigan, without Corum, would have been more than ideal.

I love Dabo but he cost us the SC game and an opportunity for a playoff bid by staying with DJ too long. It seemed he was afraid to make the change unlike the Dabo of early years when he coached with no fear.

agreed.

DJ was atrocious. At least I won’t have to hear any more of the Clemson faithful perpetually blowing that “he’s a great guy” mantra out of their a sses anymore.
