Anyone else notice TG try to get Joe ngata attention? Well it didn't work and the look joe gives TG is very telling. Get off me dude.

No respect for TG and Joe hasn't been known to be a problem right?

Dabo has hired so many inexperienced coaches the past few years. But there's something about Ngata I can't put my finger on. He got flagged early in the season for defending DJ being stomped on IIRC, but that seemed reasonable. I feel like he never lived up to his ability. Always just a hair from making a big play, and almost never does.

I did notice they pulled Ngata and put briningistool in for him. Ngata was pissed. However, Ngata has been charmin soft since he got to Clemson and he’s been hurt most of the time as well. Does anyone think he fights for the ball like Nuke did? With that said, I think all of the WRs aside from being young (our best WR this year was a freshman that arrived in the summer…think about that) were hurt by an extremely inconsistent QB in DJ. Continuity is hard to create when your expectation is low for getting a pass within 5 yrds of you. We just don’t have elite WRs now. Collins is pretty decent but he was hurt. I’m not sure TG is our guy either bc our WR recruiting has clearly dropped off considerably since Scott left. Same thing at RB. Has spiller recruited any decent RB? Ship and Mafah weren’t recruited by him. Maybe there’s a direct correlation to NIL and how Clemson handled it compared to other places. I think Clemson is up to speed now but not initially.

I think a better question for Ngata is has he done enough while at Clemson to feel like he’s entitled to something? I would say emphatically no! Everything that happens with players is not announced to the media either. It’s handled in house so who knows if they’ve had problems with Ngata. His production has been extremely low though. That’s an objective fact.
