had heard from a SCU friend how they now had trees and grass. Came in from 77 on Bluff Rd. Same warehouses, same pawn shops, same dumpsters, same fast food joints. Got to George Rogers Blvd and the fairgrounds lots now have small trees and curbs of grass. Yep. lipstick on a pig

That's probably just for structural issues like fixing up the bathrooms and the doodoo ice problem.
Seriously we spent 100+ mill on the WEZ and that only covers 1/4 of our stadium. It would take several hundred million dollars for them to upgrade that stadium.
