will be "DYNAMITE" as old Jimmy "JJ" Walker use to say!

And knowing Venables background & work ethic..plus last several games (particularly the LsU game) I have not doubt the D will come out hitting and showing Clemson Fans what we've always loved more than anything...a mean DEFENSE causing havoc, funbles, sacks, Int's!

We got better and better against the run as the year went on and our DL and LB corp grew up with expereince and understanding of Venables' system. With the entire DL back, save Goodman, and a majority of our LBs corp back we should be good agaisnt the run. Also having Breeland, Jenkins, Robinson healthy along with an upgrade in talent with Kearse, Alexander, Wiggins and maybe even Baker I think by mid season our secondary will be solid, if not a strength

Overall talent and depth at RB is a concern. Hope one of....

the freshmen is ready to contribute. If not, O will not be as balanced as it needs to be and good D's will Tee Off on Tajh. O-Line should be deep and experienced, so they need to make sure and open big holes for whomever runs the ball.

I think that we have sort of an arsenal at our disposal. We have Hot Rod as our hit-the-hole/north and south kind of runner, DJ as a fairly balanced back, Brooks as an outside speedster, and hopefully Dye/Gallman as our bone crusher/power back.

They all have the talent. Whether or not they can live up to their own expectations is up to them.
