The stent they refuse to put in 5 yrs ago was installed last week. A refurbish of the 5 yr old stent so I have two open arteries. It really don't sound that good when you do the math and realize that 3 are totally blocked but I build a 5200sf house with the two artery setup.
The aortic valve of previous concern wasn't an issue. The pressure in one chamber is low but we decided I need to get back into shape before we try to remedy that issue.
So I have to get off my fat butt and do some work besides finding good tv programs to watch and playing GT7 on PS5 two hours a day.
BTW, I saved enough to paint that car so I have double motivation to get back into fighting condition.
The End

It's a 454 ci 66 Chevy II.

I got the 5 angle valvejob, titanium valve with the exhaust valves filled with sodium to cool. 12.5:1 dome pistons, light weight rods and a crane dynamic crank. The intake is a holly aluminum with two 800 Holly double pumpers on it. The flywheel weighs 55 lbs, cleaning lady clutch (3 prong), a zoom pressure plate wrapped up in a lakewood blowproof bell housing.
Behind that is a Linko, 9 speed transmission with a hurst push and pull shifter. Of course a carbon drive shaft. Borg U-joint in front of a narrowed 80 series dana rear end. It's housing a 511 gear with stainless axles. BTW, the housing cover is of course chrome, like that Micky Thompson valve covers.
Hedman fenderwell hedders and chrome side pipes which I'll remove for opening the hedders so the engine can breath if we race and I'm putting my 9" wrinklewall slicks on the end of those axles.
J/K. It's a black 85 MB 300SD w/ 5 cyl diesel engine. I have the 241 gas engine rear differential so it will cruse at 115 mph at around 3200 rpm.
BTW, that Chevy II was a unibody and without extensive structural work after cutting the uniframe to fit a big block in it, it would collapse at the firewall. I've seen it done and it won't work for long. You'd have to replace the steering system with a straight axle and build a housing for the shocks upper support too. I just described a total destruction of my all time favorite car, the 66 Chevy II.

I recently sold my 64 Chevy II 4 door. It's amazing what adding 2 doors does with price too that car.
However I did enjoy it. Family car, inline 6 194 cu in, 2 speed piwerglide, nothing special. Just fun.
Your car sounds like what I really wanted in a Chevy II. Partial to the 67 for sure, but either way..... Sweet car

sides. The 66 trim is nearer to straight down and the 67 is angled back about a half inch more. Mine was a SS so it came with the 327ci.
I'd love to have a 66-67 to restore. I wouldn't do the racing crap but go back as original as possible.

The end of this series of doctor visits. When I get myself back in a bit of shape we're going to try some new ways to increase that heart chamber pressure. It's lost compression and needs an Italian tuneup.

been all racing film. The CGI stuff and all the BS going on around the star was nauseating. One thing was right. The recommended driving lines on many of the tracks can be slower than the ones some gamers use. The difference is that some of my lines take me a bit too close to the walls.
That's fine when you can brush a wall and the only loss is a few mph. Not so good when your screw up the body on the second lap of a race and destroy your lap time for the entire race when it's real life.
Hollywood fabricated that story concerning those prime driving lines. No on line racer would live through the way we drive on GT. You can't die sitting in a gaming chair with a monitor in front of you.
"Dad, you took that curve at 119 mph!" 'I know, if it had been real life I'd have been doing 55 and chitting my pants looking at the next curve, son'
