After surgeries, players spend hours and days in the weight room rehabilitating knee injuries. Logically, the rehab works because many players are able to recover. My question is how much emphasis is focused on strengthening the knees BEFORE they are injured. It seems that the skilled players have the most injuries so how we strengthen the knees in the off season.?
